We're Moving

The house next door just opened up and we will be moving into it. I know, who the heck moves next door? We do. We will give up our just under 1/2 acre piece of land for a 2.75 acre piece.  However... (there's always a catch), more than half of it is swamp land, so it's really only about 1.5 acres of land that we can use. Unless, of course, we can come up with something to do with it.
