He's been talking about making this sign for months now. He found an old piece of weathered wood in the yard and has been eye-ing that thing since we moved in.
Finally, I've gotten around to finding a font (at 1001 Free Fonts) and setting up the layout of the sign. It was printed onto several sheets and taped together to form a template.
Then Old Head will cut out the pieces and mark the wood with permanent markers and carve out the sign using his new Dremel. (And brand-y new carving attachment set).
